Hawaii travel restrictions have recently been extended into October. Their original plan was to allow travelers with a negative PCR test to enter without a quarantine period.

Priceline has “Express Deals” for $286. With “Express Deals” the airline and exact flight are hidden until after purchase and those purchases are final. There is no 24-hour free cancellation for “Express Deals”. The flight is guaranteed to be on a major airline. Be sure to select the deal with 0 to 1 stops and a layover less than 4-hours.

Beginning September 1, all travelers arriving in Hawaii from out-of-state will be required to get a valid COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Amplification Test (NAAT) within 72 hours of boarding their flight to Hawaii, and to show proof of a negative test result upon arrival at the airport, to avoid the 14-day quarantine. The FDA-approved NAAT test from a CLIA-certified laboratory will need to be done prior to arrival. No testing will be provided upon arrival at the airport.

Change fees are being waived and carry-on bag is allowed for free. You can avoid paying for seat selection by accepting the randomly assigned seat at the gate.
