Delta has round-trip flights from Dallas (DFW) to Tokyo (NRT/HND) starting at $499, with a connection. Flights March and April. This is an extremely good price for cherry blossom season.
Note: Book on Priceline or Travelocity. Delta’s website is more expensive and doesn’t seem to have a lot of the HND fares.
Note: Haneda (HND) is closer to central Tokyo and Yokohama than Narita (NRT).

Delta is having a limited time sale for reward redemption flights to Asia (see list in post). Fares start at 49,000 points/miles round-trip. Taxes and fees will be about $52 round-trip. Flights between January 10th to March 3rd. Deal ends tomorrow at midnight December 14th 2016.

Available for flights between October 29th to December 7th. Flights from Texas require a connection in Los Angeles (LAX) or Minneapolis (MSP). Deal ends on October 13th.

Note: We’ve seen this on sale last month for cheaper. It was $553 for the same itinerary. There is a good chance that this price will continue to drop. If you book this fare and the price drops, you should be able to cancel within 24-hours after your purchase on most booking sites.

Please note that some routes fly into NRT and back from HND (or vice versa), this won’t be a problem for you if you’re paying attention to which airport you’re departing and arriving from.

I saw that another blog posted this earlier in the day when it was $799. You should cancel your ticket and purchase this deal at the lower price if you paid that much for it.

Singapore Airlines is having a Black Friday sale.
Round-trip flights from Los Angeles (LAX) to Tokyo (NRT) are $598, NONSTOP. It’s possible to re-position into Los Angeles from Dallas (DAL / DFW) for $82 round-trip on most TUE/WEDs in February via United or Southwest. If you combine these two separate round-trip tickets, you can get from Dallas (DAL) to Tokyo (NRT) for $680 with a connection in Los Angeles (LAX). Singapore Airlines sale ends at Midnight on Monday, November 30.
Note: Must book the LAX-NRT segments of this trip directly through this Singapore Airlines link (in this post) to bring up their Black Friday deal.
