Delta is putting a lot of destinations in Central America on sale. Round-trip flights are available for $335 – $360, depending on the destination. I was able to pull up most of these using January 22 – January 29 as my example dates. The last two weeks in January had the most availability for most of these destinations. For Belize, there was a lot of availability across the whole month, including New Years.
