American Airlines has “Basic Economy” round-trip flights from Dallas (DFW) to Fort Lauderdale (FLL) or Orlando (MCO) for $105, NONSTOP. $52 each-way. Flights are mostly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from April to May. Origin/Destination reversible.

Note: Orlando has a few Saturday departures available, but Fort Lauderdale doesn’t.

Note: “Basic Economy” fares do not include a free carry-on bag. Only a personal item (like a small-backpack) is free. Checked bags cost +$25 each-way. Seats are randomly assigned prior to boarding. If you have an AAdvantage credit-card you can avoid bag fees.

Note: It is possible to get this on Frontier for $48, but bag fees are +$25 each-way. It’s $98 with bags.

Southwest Airlines has added a lot of new $44 (one-way) flights from Dallas to many great destinations in the United States (list below). Flights are now available on TUE/WED/SAT from January to early-March. This deal was available for Flights in January to May, but inventory in April and May has since been removed.
