Fiji Airways has round-trip flights from Dallas (DFW) to Nadi, Fiji (NAN) starting at $513 with a separate connection in Los Angeles (LAX). Flights in September and October.

Note: This will require that you book two separate round-trip tickets, one for DFW-LAX, and the other for LAX-NAN. Keep in mind that these are on separate carriers, and you will be on the hook if you miss a segment.
