United has round-trip flights from Dallas (DFW) to Tokyo and Osaka (HND/NRT, KIX) for $685-$689 with a connection. Tokyo flights January, February, March, April, August, September, and October. Osaka flights in January to March. No peak Sakura season dates were found.
This works as an Open-jaw, which means you can fly into Tokyo and return from Osaka for Jan-Mar trips. This will allow you to visit more of Japan while saving you from having to buy a shinkansen fare back to your starting airport.
Osaka fares have longer connection times and are limited to January to March.

Southwest and American have recently posted round-trip flights to various destinations in the USA at a discount today for $83-$199, Nonstop or with a connection. Dates vary, use the linked calendar. Cheapest fares are mostly midweek. Most fares are reversible. Expect prices to fluctuate by +/- $20 from the number listed here throughout the day.
Notes: Most destinations have flights between January to February available. The exact ranges for each destination will vary. Use the calendar links on our website to get an idea of what dates work.
Flights to smaller airports may require a long connection or two stops. When you begin your search, modify your filter to remove fares that have more than one connection, some of those smaller airports ONLY have flights with bad routing.
American, Alaska Airlines, Delta, and United almost always end up matching and in some cases, beating, these Southwest sales when they see them. It took them about 19-hours to match the previous sale.

Prices have been in an uptrend since June, when it was $347.
Prices have started to come back down from their $400/$500 highs.
We don’t expect prices to drop more than -$15 from here.
The previous lowest price this year was $301, set on May 20th by Hawaiian Airlines, with the GETAWAY25 code.
