Southwest has round-trip flights from Dallas (DAL) to Fort Lauderdale (FLL) for $112, NONSTOP. $56 each-way. Flights September to November. Mostly midweek. Origin/Destination reversible. No Holidays.

Note: American Airlines seems to be matching with “Basic Economy” fares our of DFW. There’s more availability on AA than SWA at the moment. “Basic Economy” fares will have more restrictions and fees than the Southwest fares, but may work better for you if you’re a loyalist or prefer DFW over DAL. As of September 5th, “Basic Economy” fares on AA allows for a free carry-on bag.

Note: Southwest doesn’t charge change fees, cancellation fees (via a travel voucher), or bag fees.

Note: You can save up to an additional $150 if you book a Flight+Hotel package on Southwest Vacations and use the PLANNOW18 coupon-code at checkout. Before you commit, always compare the prices of the individual Flights and Hotel against hotel booking sites like Tripadvisor and Hotels Combined.

Note: “DAL” for SWA “DFW” for AA.
