Delta is offering round-trip flights from Dallas (DFW) to Madrid (MAD) or Barcelona (BCN) starting for about $630 with connections. Departures available March to June, August and December with returns as far out as January 2015.

Note there are a lot of days with connections you don’t want, such as having to switch airports from LGA to JFK. You’ll want to avoid that by flying on a KLM or AF segment instead of Delta in some cases. The example dates in the Flight Details section of this post will be using dates that avoid the LGA/JFK switch and long stopovers.
